Tom Humphries
Tom is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property team. He has experience acting on behalf of landlords, tenants, lenders and developer clients in a range of commercial property transactions, including sales and acquisitions, leases and licences.
Tom qualified as a Solicitor in May 2023 and has worked at Barcan+Kirby since June 2024. In his previous role, he acted on behalf of developers with the real estate aspects of renewable energy projects.
