Tom Humphries
Tom is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property team. He has experience acting on behalf of landlords, tenants, lenders and developer clients in a range of commercial property transactions, including sales and acquisitions, leases and licences.
Tom qualified as a Solicitor in May 2023 and has worked at Barcan and Kirby since June 2024. In his previous role, he acted on behalf of developers with the real estate aspects of renewable energy projects.
