Victoria deals with all the firm’s day-to-day HR operations and absence (including maternity). She also manages our Trainee Solicitor, Work Experience and Summer Vacation programmes.
Victoria enjoys the fact that the firm is forward thinking and progressive with their ideas for employee well-being and the employee journey; this is what makes her role so interesting.
