Sally Stainton
Sally qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2009 and specialises in all areas of conveyancing. Sally joined Barcan and Kirby in July 2025 and brings with her over 30 years’ experience working in residential property.
Sally has experience dealing with sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, transfers of part, remortgages, lease extensions, deeds of variation, equity release, and land registration, including claims for adverse possession and lost title.
