Taran-Jade qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive Litigator in October 2025 and joined Barcan and Kirby shortly thereafter.

Taran-Jade has experience in a broad range of contentious property matters and can advise on:

• Adverse possession, first registration and changes to registration following disputes
• Easements and restrictive covenants
• Trespass and boundary issues
• Service charge disputes
• Commercial landlord and tenant matters: lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture and recovery of rent arrears

• Cohabitation disputes
• Leasehold enfranchisement

She is a member of Women in Property South West, Bristol Junior Chamber and the Property Litigation Association.

• International Law and International Relations (LL.M.) from the University of Bristol
• Law (LL.B.) from Manchester Metropolitan University

• £250 plus VAT
