Lindsey joined the firm in 2005. She assists Joe Travetti in the running of the Facilities department.
Lindsey also works in the Archive department retrieving files and documents.
We are aware of an individual (or organisation) who is fraudulently impersonating Barcan and Kirby by using our contact details, names of our lawyers and our logo on letters.
We are looking into this as a matter of urgency, but if you receive any unexpected correspondence (letters, emails or calls) claiming to be from our firm, or something that just doesn't seem 'right', please contact us.
These letters can look convincing and have caused a great deal of distress to the recipient(s). Please rest assured that we are dealing with this as a priority.
