Charlotte is a Senior Associate in our Medical Negligence team. She joined us in 2019 as a Solicitor and was promoted to Associate in 2021 and then to Senior Associate in 2023.

She has a mixed clinical negligence caseload, which includes:

Charlotte’s delay in diagnosis expertise includes various injuries and conditions that often lead to catastrophic outcomes, such as:

  • Cancer
  • Strokes
  • DVT
  • Sepsis
  • Brain haemorrhage
  • Cardiac conditions
  • Fractures

She has a particular interest in cases involving obstetrics, gynaecology, neonatology and paediatrics, and in supporting bereaved families in both civil claims and during the inquest process, having represented several families at inquests.
