Charlotte is a Senior Associate in our Medical Negligence team. She joined us in 2019 as a Solicitor and was promoted to Associate in 2021 and then Senior Associate in 2023.
She has a mixed caseload, which includes:
- Birth injuries
- Stillbirth claims
- Deaths of babies and children
- Brain injury
- Spinal injuries
- Amputation
- Surgical errors
- Fatal accidents
- Delays in diagnosis
Charlotte’s experience with cases involving a delay in diagnosis includes various injuries/conditions, such as cancer, stroke, DVT, sepsis, brain haemorrhage, cardiac conditions and fractures, often leading to catastrophic outcomes.
She has a particular interest in cases involving obstetrics, gynaecology, neonatology and paediatrics, and in supporting bereaved families in both civil claims and during the inquest process, having represented several families at inquests.
