Charlotte Tracy

Charlotte joined us in September 2019 as a Solicitor in our Medical Negligence team. She was promoted to Associate in April 2021 and then Senior Associate in April 2023.

She has a mixed caseload which includes birth injuries, stillbirth, deaths of babies and children, brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, surgical errors, and fatal accidents. She has represented several families at inquests.

Charlotte also has experience with cases involving a delay in diagnosis of various injuries/conditions, including cancer, stroke, DVT, sepsis, brain haemorrhage, cardiac conditions and fractures, often leading to catastrophic outcomes. She has a particular interest in cases involving obstetrics, gynaecology, neonatology and paediatrics, and in supporting bereaved families in both civil claims and during the inquest process.

Charlotte is a member of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme.
