Gareth is a Senior Associate in our Family Law team, specialising in financial matters arising out of a relationship breakdown.
He boasts several years of experience in family law, having joined Barcan and Kirby as a Paralegal in 2012 and qualifying in 2016, achieving two promotions since then.
Gareth specialises in advising separating parties on:
- Divorce and matrimonial finance
- Relationship breakdowns in unmarried couples, including claims under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA) and Schedule 1 of the Children Act
- Disputes about pensions and business assets
Gareth also prepares nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements to help parties who want to protect their assets at the outset of their relationship/marriage.
He is collaboratively trained and committed to assisting parties who wish to resolve their disputes without going to court.
