Joe ensures the successful facilities management across the firm’s six offices. He manages a team of 14 support staff and implements and controls the firm’s facilities budget.
Joe and his team are responsible for all premises, archival storage of files/deeds and Wills, postage, receptions, waste disposal and HSE.
He is responsible for the management of the onsite due diligence files in accordance with current legislation and regulations, ensuring that it’s continually up-to-date and all documentation is valid and audit compliant.
Joe has led a number of projects, including office re-locations and renovations, whilst building great relationships with local and national suppliers along the way.
