Charmaine Moger
Charmaine has worked in family law for 16 years and has specialised in proceedings where there is local authority involvement (Public Law Proceedings) for the past 10 years. She routinely represents parents and children, and undertakes all of her advocacy, therefore appearing in court on a regular basis.
Charmaine also represents children who are separately represented in Private Law matters and has been a member of the Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation Scheme since 2015.
Charmaine specialised more recently in disputes between parents and other relatives (Private Law Proceedings) regarding residence and contact. Her role involves advising, negotiating, drafting applications and statements, as well as representing clients in court.
She also has a wealth of experience in dealing with emergency applications such as Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders.
Charmaine is a member of Resolution and strongly believes in assisting and supporting clients to reach a settlement out of court, where possible. She is also cited as a ‘Key Lawyer’ in Legal 500 UK 2023.
