Charmaine has worked in the area of family law for almost 10 years and qualified as a solicitor in 2010. She was promoted to Associate Solicitor in October 2015.
Charmaine was made a member of the Law Society Children Panel in April 2014 and regularly represents parents, children and other family members in care proceedings, appearing in court on a regular basis. She is also a member of Resolution.
Charmaine routinely represents parents and other family members in private law disputes involving issues about residence and contact. She is also a trained international child abduction solicitor, able to advise clients who have brought their children to the UK as well as those seeking their return from other countries.
Charmaine also has a wealth of experience in dealing with emergency applications such as Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders.
