Jeremy Fagan
Jeremy joined Barcan+Kirby in 2024 as an Associate. He has specialised in care proceedings since before he qualified as a Solicitor in 2013.
Jeremy was previously employed in-house by a Local Authority legal department and has in-depth knowledge of the pre-proceedings process and care proceedings.
