Rob Davenport

Rob is a Partner in the Corporate + Commercial department. His commercial law expertise includes advising clients on business-to-business contracting and other commercial matters including franchising and distribution, supply chain, outsourcing, ICT contracting and licencing. His corporate law practice includes company and business sales, development joint ventures, and shareholder, partnership and other business governance matters.

Rob also has knowledge and experience in procurement and construction law. He is acknowledged by clients for his capability and commitment.
