James Bell

James is a Partner in our Litigation department, and heads up the Dispute Resolution and Employment teams. He has specialised in litigation since qualifying as a solicitor in February 2005 and has several years’ experience helping businesses and individuals resolve disputes.

James’ main areas of practice are commercial and business disputes and property disputes, having acted for a large number of organisations, businesses and individuals in Bristol and beyond.

He is well-practised as an advocate and in coordinating experts and other third parties to obtain detailed evidence and facilitate settlement. He works closely with all team members and mentors junior colleagues in the department.

Qualifications

  • Legal Practice Course from Exeter University
  • Law (LL.B.) from the University of the West of England

  • £335 plus VAT
