Tegenn Holloway
Tegenn joined Barcan and Kirby in 2024 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2026. Tegenn advises individuals on a range of contentious trusts and probate matters, including:
- Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims acting for both claimant and defendant
- Validity of Will challenges
- Claims in respect of personal representatives
Recognition
- The Contentious Trusts and Probate team was ranked as a ‘Firm to Watch’ in Legal 500 2024 and Legal 500 2025
- The team received a Tier 3 ranking in Legal 500 2026
Tegenn is also completing the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) course.
