Abi Harrison

Abi started at the firm as a Legal Assistant, progressing on to becoming a Paralegal, and is now the Team Leader for our New Build team.

She has a wide range of experience in all property transactions, including commercial and residential property sales, purchases and refinancing, and new build conveyancing. Abi also deals with lease renewals, remortgages and transfer of equity.

Abi has specialised in new build properties throughout her career and works mainly for developers, advising them from the point of site acquisition right through to the sale of the final plot.

Abi has a good relationship with local developers and agents and enjoys working for purchasers and developers on new build property transactions. She has a large amount of experience when acting for both the developer on plot sales and the purchasers on a new build transaction.

She has acted for purchasers on the Help to Buy scheme, both equity and ISAs, and she has also dealt with many shared ownership and part-exchange transactions.
