Abi Harrison

Abi is the Team Leader for our New Build team. She joined Barcan and Kirby as a Legal Assistant, progressing on to become a Senior Paralegal (ACILEx).

Abi has specialised in new build properties throughout her career and works mainly for developers, advising them from site acquisition right through to the sale of the final plot.

She has good relationships with local developers and agents and enjoys working for purchasers and developers on new build property transactions. Abi has a large amount of experience when acting for both the developer on plot sales and the purchasers on a new build transaction.

Abi has acted for purchasers on the Help to Buy scheme, both equity and ISAs, and she has also dealt with many shared ownership and part-exchange transactions.
