Marian Barnett

Marian qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2005 and has a wide range of experience in many property transactions, including residential property sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages and new build conveyancing. She joined Barcan and Kirby in April 2026.

Marian has also worked for many lender clients in connection with new security lending on a separate representation basis.

Marian specialises in new build conveyancing, having worked for both developers on plot sales and purchasers on new build transactions.

Qualifications

  • Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx)
  • Legal Practice Course from the University of the West of England
  • Law LL.B. from the University of the West of England

  • £225 plus VAT
