Emily Price
Emily is an Associate in our Wills, Trusts and Probate team. Based in our Kingswood office, she specialises in Probate and estate administration, Will writing, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Trust.
She qualified as a Solicitor in September 2019, joined Barcan and Kirby in 2022 and was promoted to Associate in 2025.

- Affiliate member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP)
- In the process of completing the STEP Diploma to become a full member of STEP
Qualifications
- Legal Practice Course from the University of the West of England
- Law (LL.B.) from the University of the West of England
- STEP Certificate in Trusts and Estates

- £290 plus VAT
