Elsie Lyford
Elsie is a Senior Associate in the Corporate + Commercial team.
She advises clients with a range of different matters including commercial contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements, advice on exiting a business, buying or selling a business or shares, advice on issues relating to directors or shareholders in a company, and terms and conditions.
