Clare Norman
Clare joined us in June 2019 to assist with the firm’s business development focus. She was previously at Clarke Willmott, where she spent 12.5 years in the Business Development and Marketing team, carrying out various roles during that time.
Clare’s role includes working heavily with the firm’s commercial services division to assist with various business development activities, including:
- Producing strategic plans
- Contributing to building additional awareness of the division
- Developing and coaching lawyers through bids, tenders and pitch processes
- Drafting and maintaining legal directory submissions
- Managing networking opportunities for lawyers across the firm, ensuring attendance at industry-specific events and seminars
Clare also works with junior lawyers to help increase their confidence in networking and building relationships with contacts.
