Anna Wilson

Anna is Barcan and Kirby’s Managing Partner, stepping into the role in April 2025. In addition to being a Board member, she has overall responsibility for the HR and Marketing teams and the Heads of Department.

Anna joined the firm in 1998 and practised family law for over two decades. A trained collaborative lawyer, she promoted a conciliatory approach to family disputes and specialised in supporting and helping separating or divorcing couples and parents with childcare arrangements.

An experienced litigator, if an agreement could not be achieved and court proceedings were necessary, Anna represented clients in court calmly and confidently.
