Hannah joined us in August 2019. She covers reception when needed, dealing with queries over the phone and face to face. Hannah also deals with archive queries and retrieving, storing and closing files, Wills and deeds.
We are aware of an individual (or organisation) who is fraudulently impersonating Barcan and Kirby by using our contact details, names of our lawyers and our logo on letters.
We are looking into this as a matter of urgency, but if you receive any unexpected correspondence (letters, emails or calls) claiming to be from our firm, or something that just doesn't seem 'right', please contact us.
These letters can look convincing and have caused a great deal of distress to the recipient(s). Please rest assured that we are dealing with this as a priority.
