Natalie Pring

Natalie joined the firm in February 2019. She is an Associate in our Employment team and deals with both employee and employer matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts and policy documents. Her work includes reviewing staff handbooks, sickness policies and hybrid working policies. Natalie also drafts and provides advice in relation to settlement agreements whilst dealing with unfair dismissal and constructive dismissal claims.

Natalie previously worked in our Corporate and Commercial team, where she advised clients on buying and selling companies, company formations, share buybacks, commercial contracts, and business terms and conditions.

After completing her LPC, Natalie went on to work as a paralegal at Nationwide Building Society, where she was involved with property, consumer and litigation matters. She completed her 18-month training contract at Royds Withy King, where she took seats in Corporate and Commercial, Employment and Personal Injury before qualifying as a Solicitor in Corporate and Commercial in 2016.
