  • “I know it is only a very small deal for you but it is a 'big deal' to me and you have all been so patient, kind and considerate, and I have felt your empathy and support. I want to tell you how much we appreciate that and from now on (not that I've needed lawyers much or often) you will be our 'only' law firm.”
