Alex Castiglione
Alex is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Property team.
She specialises in all aspects of commercial property transactions, including:
- Commercial sales and purchases
- Land and site acquisitions
- Development finance
- Bridging finance
- Plot sales
- Portfolio re-finance/re-structure
- Title splits/re-structure of property
Alex’s main interest is in land and development, and she has completed some high-value purchase and refinance matters.
She first joined Barcan and Kirby in 2002 and took a sabbatical in 2020, before rejoining the team in 2023.
