Alex Castiglione

Alex is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Property team.

She specialises in all aspects of commercial property transactions, including commercial sales and purchases, land and site acquisitions, development finance, bridging finance, plot sales, portfolio re-finance/re-structure and title splits/re-structure of property.

Alex’s main interest is in land and development, and she has completed some high-value purchase and refinance matters.

Alex first joined Barcan and Kirby in 2002, and by 2017, was made Head of the Residential and Commercial Property teams until she took a sabbatical in 2020. She rejoined the team in 2023.
