Shannon Milkins

Shannon joined our Commercial Property department in April 2017, where she assisted the team with admin duties including opening files, requesting searches, setting up payments for business purchases, sales and leases, and dealing with completion.

Shannon moved to the New Build department in November 2019. Her role involves providing quotes to prospective clients, reviewing searches and reporting to clients, preparing documents such as contracts, transfers, Stamp Duty Land Tax forms, reviewing mortgage offers and reporting to clients and lenders, and seeing files through from exchange to completion. Shannon also deals with payment of Stamp Duty, registrations and other post-completion requirements.
