Shannon Milkins

Shannon joined the firm in April 2017 in the Commercial Property department, assisting the team with admin duties including opening files, requesting searches, setting up payments for business purchases, sales and leases, and dealing with completion.

Shannon moved to the New Build department in November 2019. Her role involves providing quotes to prospective clients, preparing and sending out contract packs, requesting searches, preparing documents such as contracts, transfers, Stamp Duty Land Tax forms and seeing files through from exchange to completion. She then deals with payment of Stamp Duty, registrations and other post-completion requirements.
