Louise Hayes
Louise joined Barcan and Kirby in January 2025 as an Employed Barrister in our Medical Negligence department.
As a Barrister, Louise has assisted individuals in a range of cases across the clinical spectrum, including emergency medicine and general surgery.
Louise has a mixed caseload. She has a particular interest in surgical errors, patient safety, the duty of candour, and informed consent.

- BPTC from BPP University
- Master of Health Law (LLM) from the University of Bristol
- Law (LL.B.) from the University of Bristol
