Having joined Barcan+Kirby in 2019, Charlotte has developed a specialism for cases that include domestic abuse and where necessary, emergency applications such as Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders.

Charlotte works closely with local charities and Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVAs), ensuring protection is accessible to the most vulnerable of clients. She also delivers legal training for Safe Lives to IDVAs and other domestic abuse professionals across the country.

Charlotte regularly assists clients in settling disputes relating to children and their residency and/or contact.
