Mark Scanlon Solicitor
Mark qualified as a barrister in 2007 after completing the BVC (Bar Vocational Course). He later qualified as a solicitor, enrolling in 2012.
Mark joined the Wills, Trusts + Probate team in June 2011, prior to which he worked as a County Court Advocate engaged in a broad range of civil litigation cases.
Mark moved to our litigation team in 2015, where he specialises in contentious probate and trusts, including Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims, Will disputes and disputed estates.
Mark is an Associate of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). He is also an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and holds the STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation
