Laura Roberts

Laura is Joint Head of Property at Barcan and Kirby, and leads the Residential Conveyancing team in our Bedminster office. She has over a decade of experience in residential conveyancing and qualified in 2019.

Laura deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity, and has a particular interest in shared ownership and retirement developments.

She was promoted from Senior Associate to Partner in April 2022.

Qualifications

  • Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx)
  • Law (LL.B.) from Cardiff University

Hourly rate

  • £250 plus VAT
