Laura Roberts

Laura is Joint Head of Property at Barcan and Kirby. She has over a decade of experience in residential conveyancing and qualified in 2019. Laura deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity, and has a particular interest in shared ownership and retirement developments. She was promoted from Senior Associate to Partner in April 2022. She leads the Residential Conveyancing team in our Bedminster office but regularly travels to other offices as required.

Qualifications

  • Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx)
  • Law (LL.B.) from Cardiff University

Hourly rate

  • £250 plus VAT
