Emma Cox

Emma joined the Residential Conveyancing team at Barcan and Kirby in 2017 and qualified in 2025. She has experience dealing with freehold and leasehold properties, including auctions, transfers of part, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Emma is currently on maternity leave.

  • Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx)
  • Law (LL.B. Hons) from the University of the West of England

Hourly rate

  • £200 plus VAT
