Georgina Bryant Senior Associate Solicitor
She is well placed to advise businesses on all aspects of commercial law, with experience in various sectors including energy, financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing and industry.
Having joined Barcan+Kirby from energy regulator Ofgem, where she was a principal legal adviser, Georgina has considerable private practice and in-house experience.
She can advise on joint ventures, shareholder agreements, business acquisitions and disposals, company formations and corporate governance, general company and commercial law matters, public procurement and regulatory issues.
Georgina completed her LLB at Newnham College, Cambridge and was subsequently admitted as a solicitor in 2001. She is qualified to practice in Australia as well as England and Wales.
