Helene Bryant

Helene joined Barcan and Kirby’s Private Client team in January 2020 and leads the team at our Bishopston office.

She qualified as a Solicitor in 1992 and has over two decades of experience in Wills, Trusts and estate administration.

Helene deals with Probate matters of all sizes, values, and complexities. She has advised clients for many years on pre-and post-death estate planning and wealth preservation, and works closely with clients to put in place effective and tailored plans for the future. This includes the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts, and advising on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax.

  • Law (LL.B) from the University of Reading

  • £320 plus VAT
