Jack Agates
Jack joined Barcan and Kirby as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2024 and qualified into the Family team in Bedminster in September 2026.
Jack assists clients with:
- Children law matters including those that involve domestic abuse, child arrangements orders and specific issue orders
- Domestic abuse matters including non-molestation orders, occupation orders and prohibited steps orders
- Financial matters both on divorce and cohabiting couples (TOLATA)
Qualifications
- Law (LL.B.) from The University of the West of England
- LPC/LLM from The University of Law
