Toby Clench
Toby joined Barcan and Kirby in March 2026 to lead and grow the Kingswood Residential Conveyancing team.
Toby has many years of experience in running conveyancing departments, including starting two departments at previous firms from scratch. Toby specialises in residential conveyancing but has assisted many clients in a variety of other transactions, including shared ownership, new build, and commercial transactions.
Qualifications
- Conveyancing Law & Practice Level 6 Diploma from the Council for Licensed Conveyancers
- Law (LL.B.) from the University of Law
Hourly rate
- £220 plus VAT
