Katie is a Senior Associate in our Property Litigation team. She qualified as a Solicitor in April 2020 and has specialised in property litigation since.

Katie has represented Government departments, banks, private and commercial landlords and tenants, national high street retailers, telecoms operators, property developers, charities and pension fund schemes. She also has notable experience in agricultural property, banking and financial litigation.

Katie seeks to understand clients’ objectives and find practical solutions to resolve issues without recourse to litigation where possible. Where litigation is necessary, she is a confident and competent litigator, with extensive experience of the civil litigation process and court procedure.

Hourly rate

  • £310 plus VAT
