Katie qualified as a Solicitor in April 2020 and has specialised in Property Litigation since.

Katie’s expertise includes property litigation and disputes, commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, commercial lease renewals, Landlord and Tenant 1954 Act matters, telecoms, possession claims, breach of covenant claims and boundary disputes.

Katie has represented government departments, banks, private and commercial landlords and tenants, national high street retailers, telecoms operators, property developers, charities and pension fund schemes. Katie also has notable experience in agricultural property, banking and financial litigation.

Katie seeks to understand clients’ objectives and find practical solutions to resolve issues without recourse to litigation where possible.

Where litigation is necessary, Katie is a confident and competent litigator, with extensive experience of the civil litigation process and court procedure.
