Helena Bond

Helena qualified as a Solicitor, specialising in Will writing, trusts and probate in September 2018, after having specialised in clinical negligence for a number of years before that.

Helena assists with the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, incorporating trusts into Wills where required.

She specialises in assisting Executors with the estate administration process. This can be a particularly difficult time for Executors and family members when dealing with the loss of a loved one, and Helena assists with applying for the Grant of Representation or dealing with matters including collection of the assets from the deceased’s estate, settling any liabilities, distributing the estate amongst the beneficiaries and accounting to HMRC for any tax during the administration period.

Helena is also able to assist with estates where there is no Will, or varying the contents of someone’s Will within the two years following their death.
