Joe Hedges

Joe joined the firm in January 2021 as a Trainee Solicitor and following eight months in the Litigation team as part of his Training Contract, he qualified as a Solicitor in the Litigation team in January 2023.

Joe specialises in Property Litigation and his workload includes disputes regarding, possession of both residential and commercial property, boundaries, property ownership, trespass and rights of way, lease/tenancy agreements and misrepresentation in land transactions.

Qualifications

  • Currently working towards a Master’s degree in Law from the University of the West of England
  • Legal Practice Course from the University of the West of England
  • Law with Criminology (LL.B.) from the University of the West of England

Hourly rate

  • £230 plus VAT
