Lisa Morgan

Lisa joined the firm in March 2023 as a Solicitor in our Court of Protection team. She specialises in a full range of Court of Protection matters, from Trustee and deputyship applications, to assisting with deputyship administration.

Lisa qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 and has experience in estate administration, Will drafting and the preparation and registration of Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax planning, as well as deputyship applications for property and affairs.

She has worked in local Government supporting clients in adult care with complex health and welfare proceedings before the Court of Protection. This included Deprivation of Liberty cases involving elderly and vulnerable clients, and aspects of the Care Act, through to deprivation of assets involving care fees.

Lisa is a fully accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers and has a passion for raising awareness of dementia in the community, having been previously trained as a Dementia Friends Champion by the Alzheimer’s Society.
