Sarah Marshall

Sarah joined us in November 2020 as a Senior Associate in our Family team and was promoted to Partner in April 2023.

Since qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2007, she has specialised in family law.

Sarah focuses on helping individuals to resolve issues as a result of the breakdown of a relationship. She is experienced in all areas of family law, with an emphasis on divorce, separation, financial issues, cohabitation disputes and pre-nuptial agreements. Sarah is also a member of Resolution and is committed to resolving issues in a constructive and non-confrontational way. She is cited as a ‘Key Lawyer’ in Legal 500 UK 2023.

Sarah can also advise individuals in relation to the arrangements for children following the breakdown of a relationship.
