Bill Willcocks

Bill is the firm’s Managing Partner. He has specialised in Personal Injury and Dispute Resolution since qualifying as a solicitor in January 1994.

Bill has enormous experience in personal injury claims, normally acting for people who have suffered accidents and injury at work, road accidents or accidents in public places.

He also brings or defends civil claims for businesses and individuals in areas such as breach of contract, building disputes, or where a former advisor is alleged to have given wrong advice.

Bill prides himself on achieving the best outcome for his clients and believes that if a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing well.

  • Law Society Finals from the University of the West of England
  • Law (LLB) from the University of Bristol

  • £250 plus VAT
