Sharlie joined the firm in 2007 as an Office Junior. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2013 and was promoted to Associate in 2019, then to Senior Associate in April 2022 and Legal Director in April 2025.

She has substantial experience in litigation, conveyancing and family law, and is a specialist in property litigation.

Sharlie is recognised in Chambers and Partners UK 2025 and 2026 as an ‘Associate to Watch’ with one testimonial stating, “I would recommend Sharlie to anyone in the South West in need of a brilliant property lawyer.”

She specialises in all matters relating to property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters for both residential and commercial premises, boundary disputes, possession, property ownership disputes, trespass and right of way disputes, restrictive covenant disputes and lease/tenancy agreement disputes.

Sharlie is currently on maternity leave.
