Barcan+Kirby maintains top rankings in Legal 500 2023

The firm has once again received top rankings in legal guide, The Legal 500, for Medical Negligence, Personal Injury and Family Law.

The rankings, which were released on 28th September, include a top tier ranking for our expertise in Clinical Negligence, a tier 3 ranking for Personal Injury and a tier 3 ranking for Family.

Medical Negligence Partners, Jay Nathwani and Helen Franklin, have both been recognised as Next Generation Partners, and Richard Harries as a Leading Individual. One testimonial for the department states “This is a very well established firm with a long history of effective and professional legal services. I have worked with them for the last 32 years and they have embraced both the developments in technology and legal changes during that time.”

In addition, Claire Hurrell, Fiona Dabell and Myfanwy Buckeridge were recognised as Key Lawyers in our Medical Negligence team, alongside Emily Williamson and Samantha Castle as Key Lawyers in Personal Injury.
