Barcan and Kirby receives two new rankings in Legal 500 2026
We are proud to share that we have maintained top-tier rankings, for the fifth year in a row, and achieved two new rankings in legal guide, Legal 500.
Retained top rankings for Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury and Family
The 2026 rankings include a retained top-tier ranking for our expertise in Clinical Negligence and tier 3 rankings for Personal Injury and Family.
Clinical Negligence Senior Associate, Charlotte Tracy, achieved a new ranking of ‘Leading Associate’, further showcasing our talented team and recognising Charlotte’s expertise in birth injury claims and fatal accidents.
Joint Head of our Clinical Negligence team, Richard Harries, retained his recognition as a ‘Leading Partner’. Helen Franklin and Jay Nathwani also kept their ‘Next Generation Partner’ rankings.
Our Family team has maintained its tier 3 ranking for family law, in particular, their expertise in matrimonial finance, children matters and divorce. A well-deserved testimonial for the Family team said:
