The Clockhouse is a 15-plot development just a stone’s throw away from Keynsham high street and a prime location between Bristol and Bath. The site was developed by a well-established Bristol developer and comprises one and two-bedroom apartments marketed by Andrews Property Group, with whom Abi Harrison, our New Build Team Leader, has a long-standing relationship.

Andrews recommended our New Build team to purchasers, resulting in 10 instructions. Abi and her team exchanged on the majority of apartments within the 28-day exchange deadline, with completion on notice (once the properties were signed off by Building Control).

The Clockhouse sits on Andrews’ former headquarters, overlooking Memorial Park.
