Elsie Lyford
Elsie is a Senior Associate in our Corporate + Commercial team.
She has specialist knowledge of professional practices and, in particular, dental practices including the transfer of goodwill, NHS England in respect of the dental services contract, and CQC in connection with compliance. Elsie can advise on partnership agreements, retirement deeds, and expense-sharing arrangements.
Elsie also advises clients on commercial contracts and shareholders’ agreements, advice on exiting a business, buying or selling a business, advice on issues relating to directors or shareholders in a company, and terms and conditions.
