Our Commercial Property team recently completed on the sale of 31 social housing units on Lower Ashley Road, St Paul’s, Bristol.
The site was sold by Prelon Housing Ltd on 26th February 2021. Previously owned by Prelon Construction Limited, the land on Lower Ashley Road was once used as a petrol station and then as a base for artist community, YardArts. The site is being developed by Prelon Housing Ltd into 31 units for a social housing provider. Acting on the sale, Commercial Property Senior Associate, Salma Maqsood, advised on the terms and conditions of the sale agreement of the units.
