The land, in east Bristol, was being auctioned by South West property consultants, Maggs & Allen. Our client purchased the land for £156,000 and had exchanged at auction. Our commercial property solicitors dealt with the completion process, which included the transfer of funds and dealing with post-completion registration at HM Land Registry and HMRC regarding Stamp Duty Land Tax.
