Latest Trainee Solicitor appointments announced
We are delighted to confirm the appointment of two new Trainee Solicitors from within our ranks, following an open recruitment process that drew in scores of applications.
Isabel Harper and Anne Pascal start their training contracts this month, having both joined the firm last year as paralegals working in clinical negligence and commercial property respectively.
Each will now complete a four-seat training programme over two years in order to gain experience in litigation, family law, conveyancing and private client work, before qualifying as fully-fledged solicitors.
The firm’s array of services, ranging from conveyancing to contentious probate, will allow both trainees to shadow senior solicitors with a variety of specialisms and turn their hand to a wide array of legal tasks.
They will also move between the firm’s six offices and develop their client-handling skills through exposure to the firm’s varied customer base.
Anna Wilson, Executive Partner at Barcan+Kirby, responded to the appointments:
“Congratulations to Isabel and Anne on their appointments as trainee solicitors. Our trainees are an integral part of Barcan+Kirby’s long-term success. Our Training Programme provides them with a strong foundation on which to build a career in the legal profession.
We look forward to supporting Isabel and Anne in their development over the next two years.”
