The end of 2021 has seen a flurry of activity for our Corporate + Commercial team, with seven deals completing in seven weeks.
The deals include:
- The sale of a thriving café in London
- The sale of three separate day nursery businesses: two in the East of England, and a group of three in the South West
- The purchase a nursery on the South coast for a first-time buyer
- The sale of a long-established lighting engineering company based in the South West
- The sale of a waste business in Surrey
