Alex Castiglione

Alex joined the firm in 2002 and became a qualified Chartered Legal Executive in 2007. By 2017, she was made Head of the Residential and Commercial Property teams until she took a sabbatical in 2020.

Alex re-joined Barcan+Kirby in 2023 as a Senior Associate.

She specialises in all aspects of commercial property transactions including, commercial sales and purchases, land acquisitions, site acquisitions, development finance, bridging finance, plot sales, portfolio re-finance/re-structure and title splits/re-structure of property.

Alex’s main interest is in land and development and she has successfully completed some high-value purchase and refinance matters.
