We’ve been shortlisted for a regional marketing award!
Barcan+Kirby’s Citizen 2025 campaign has been shortlisted as one of three finalists in the ‘Marketing Campaign of the Year’ category of the Business Leader Awards 2016.
This award is open to organisations of all shapes and sizes across Bristol and the South West and recognises marketing, PR and advertising campaigns that are original, innovative and effective.
Our Citizen 2025 PR campaign, devised in conjunction with Ambitious PR, looked at how changing lifestyles and demographics will influence the way in which we will buy and consume legal services in the next decade.
The campaign considered a range of issues, ranging from employment to retirement and the UK’s ageing population, through to family life, marriage and divorce, home ownership and estate planning. We received wide coverage in the press, online and through social media.
Samantha Furley, Marketing Manager said:
“We’re thrilled to be shortlisted for the award of marketing campaign of the year. PR is a relatively new channel for us and we’ve certainly never done anything on the scale and complexity of Citizen 2025 before.
Ambitious immediately picked up on the core strengths of our business, shaped the PR messages and worked tirelessly to pursue media opportunities. We’ve also had great support, both internally and from those who provided expert commentary on our research.
We’re delighted by the results and the positive lift it has given us in the local area.”
The winner will be announced on Thursday 22nd September at the awards ceremony in Bristol – so watch this space!
