Request to retrieve a Power of Attorney, Trust or Will

If you would like to request a copy of or the original of a Power of Attorney, Trust Deed or Will from Barcan+Kirby, simply fill out the form below. You can ask us to retrieve either the original or a copy, for yourself or someone else.

Once we receive your request, we will do our best to retrieve your document within 7 to 21 days and will be in touch shortly after.

Collection requrements

You must provide original copies of the following documents when collecting a Power of Attorney, Trust Deed or Will so that we can take copies:

  • A form of ID, e.g. Passport or Driving Licence
  • Letter of authority
  • Death certificate
  • Grant of Probate
